Goals
Some of the goals include making the online races (mostly the VROC pick-up) more fun, structured, meaningful with more drivers finishing the race.
I hope this "Ladder" will have influence on the character of online races, because if a race counts toward the "Ladder" each position is important (because of the points/rating).
Also, there will be lots of statistic on the page (e.g. number of "quits") and you surely don't wan't to have a bad statistic near your name.
