. . . Joanna Going was born in Washington, D.C. about 1964. Later her family removed to Newport, Rhode Island. She attended Emerson College in Boston and then enrolled in American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. She starred in the 1998 movie comedy "Still Breathing." In 1997 she appeared in Roundabout theatre's production of George Bernard Shaw's "Misalliance" and in the off-Broadway production of "The Maiden's Prayer." . . .
