Promotion of members to the rank of Elder Wyrm, should be notified to the clan leaders.
For the member to be raised to the Drake rank, or higher, the leaders must all agree on the suitability of the member in question.
In the case of new leaders, the whole clan is invited to vote.
Members wishing to become clan immortals must undergo a completely separate system, unless they have a character in the clan of rank Drake or greater, in which case any immortal character of theirs is set to Celestial Drake
