· 2001-2002 Development manager, Školska knjiga d.d. (Board member); In my project I had responsibility to built up a training & development team to increase and establish excellent communication / cooperation between functional sector, team for communication with client, researching market at the first side and to promoting products at the other side, to improve main process of the firm, and to include team (as a new part of organizational structure) in existing organizational structure of the firm. Results were: new products, new approaches to the market, new organizational structure, and increased market share (from 34% to 42% in the two years).
· 2003-2005 Principal in the Elementary School Lauder-Lea Deutsch, the first Jewish School in Croatia after almost 60 years. · Project Challenge (IZAZOV)– Nederland project with Croatian Government. Employment and self-employment for individual with special needs - disabled persons. In the project, as board member I have responsibilities to: develop business, support and teach disabled persons for opening firms and established it on the market. Until now we opened three firms: Zagreb Challenge (inks for inkjet printers), Slatki /Sweet/ Challenge (making cakes) and Zeleni / Green/ Challenge (breeding plants).
BEHAVING AND ACTING - COMPETENCES
I am directed to the people, goals and quality. I comprehend educational system in all segments. People apprise that I can successfully motivate team co-workers and help them to reach committed goals. I possess developed verbal, nonverbal and literary communication. My superiors apprise that I have excellent public performance. I am active listener, excellent collaborator and I make decisions. People usually describe me as a manager and leader because I have vision, organizational skills and I delegate the authority and responsibility but at least I take the responsibility.
